HOW TO ORDER?
In eight steps we will explain you
how to order at the Owlstudio online shop.
Step 1 - The sales rooms:
To enter the sales rooms please click the sales room buttons in the navigation on the left side of the window.
Step 2 - The goods:
You will find the Owlstudio goods in the sales rooms. With scrolling down the scrollbar on the right hand you can see all the offered articles of the sales room you have entered.
Step 3 - Pictures of details and detailed information:
If you would like to see a larger picture or more details, please click on the button "Details" which you´ll; find below each picture of the goods. A new window will open, where you can find more information and detailed pictures. You can close this window with a click on the button "Close window".
Step 4 - Choose an article:
If you have decided on a good or a work of art and would like to order it, simply click on the button "Into the shopping basket". You can change the amount of the goods you´d like to buy in the small box left from the "Into the shopping basket" button. When the piece you have decided on is in your basket you can either have another walk through the sales rooms, or go further with a click on the button "Shopping basket" on the left hand.
Step 5 - Change the amount of goods, or remove goods out of the shopping basket:
After the goods beeing in the shopping basket it is possible to change the amount, or remove goods you decided not to buy with a click on the button "Remove item".
Step 6 - Order goods:
To order the goods in your shopping basket, simply click on the button "order". Our online order form will be opened then. To ensure a smooth handling of your order, we would like to ask you to fill in all the boxes marked with a little star and choose the payment. To send us your order it´s required to read and agree our "General terms & conditions". You will find our terms & conditions at the navigation on the left side of the window, or in the lower part of the order form.
Step 6/1 - Order goods with gift service:
To have your choosen goods wrapped as a gift, click the button "order" and afterwards click on "Send my order as a gift" on the top of the page. Our online order form with gift wrapping service will be opened then. Please fill in the address of the person to whom the wrapped goods shall be sent to. Choose a motif out of nine cards and fill in the text which we will write by hand into the card. Finally you have to fill in your own address.
Step 7 - Send your order:
To send us your order, please click the button "Send order" on the bottom of the order form. If you have filled in all the required fields a confirmation message will be shown. As soon as we have received and checked your order we´ll send a confirmation e-mail to your specified e-mail.
Step 8 - At the order form an entry is missing or wrong:
If you did´nt fill in the order form correctly, a warning message will be shown and with a click on the "OK" button you´ll come back to the order form to complete it.
