- We handle your order within 24 hours. As soon as we have received and checked your order in person we´ll send a confirmation e-mail with all details regarding your order to your specified e-mail.

- We always keep you updated about your purchase order status. You will be informed as soon as there is a progress in your purchase order status.

- We do not keep you waiting, your orders will be dispatched within the announced time frame. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will keep you informed.

- There is neither a minimum order quantity nor a minimum order amount, we will also process your ´small´ order.

- Our way of working is very accurate, exact and neat, we are very well organized and creative.
